Stop Proposed Increase Rate In its Tracks

Hello All Stallion Springs Property Owners,

The results of the SSCSD Public Hearing in regards to the
Proposed Water/Service Charge Increase and Adoption of
Future Increase Policy are as Follows:

No Increase in Water Rates
No Increase in Service Charges
No change in Future Increase Policy

Our Board of Director's has listen to the will of the people.
The Public Protest count was 962. Although, we fell short
of the legal requirement to stop the policy, our Board of Directors'
heard our voices and choose to enact the will of the property owners.
Our deepest gratitude go to each Director that voted this policy down.

Our community does have water issues....
and this means we will have to work together as a
community to solve them. At some point in the future....
We will have to pay. But, at least for now in this recession
(per the Board) will go back to the drawing board and
take a look at all options available...instead of first
asking the property owners for more money to solve this problem.
This, we believe is a great step to gather all for the greater
good of Stallion Springs future.

We urge all property owners to stay involved...
go to the meetings, ask questions. Each month on
the third Tueday is the regular scheduled Board Meeting.
